The Great Budgie Escape

This was a dream that my husband had. It was so funny when he told me that I had to draw it.

Now usually I'm the one that dreams about budgies but he had one for a change and he made me laugh so much this morning when he told me it. He dreamt we were in the living room and he was either on the couch or in the kitchen. For some reason I had put ALL the budgies in the gold cage that the pigeons are in now. Suddenly he saw a budgie fly out. He told me to catch it and put it back. But a few seconds later another budgie got out and he wondered what was going on. He saw my budgie Phage Page pushing the bars apart with his feet. At this point he said he should have know it was a dream because One this means we had the world's strongest bird and Two the bars of the gold cage are so wide that budgies can get out without having to bend bars. But that's now how he reacted. His first thought was, "Oh no, he's getting out and he's gonna let all the budgies out!" He described it as though Phage were Samson and there were other budgies helping by tugging on the bars he was pushing apart.
